One loop of these scissors is extra extended. The purpose of this loop is to allow extra power and control when cutting. Place the finger as shown in the photo: The index finger is in front of the loop, the other finger in the large loop. The index finger therefore has control and can steer. The other three fingers provide the force. Recommended for a weak hand pulse, poor hand control, trembling hands or dyspraxia.
