A special balancing and tilting board with multiple loops. This requires dexterity and patience. Eye motor skills are trained by having to follow the ball carefully with the eyes and then control the hands correctly. Good hand-eye coordination is therefore necessary to roll the ball smoothly.
The board can also be used flat on the table, with the finger pushing the marble forward. The course can be practiced in this way. Even without marbles, it is a pleasant relaxation method. For example, it can be used to control breathing.
