Also known as monofling. Each net has two handles and therefore encourages cooperation between the left and right hands. The ball is placed on the net and by pulling the handles apart, the net is pulled tight and the ball shoots up.
If you manage to catch the ball with the net, it can be shot straight back into the air by tightening the net again.
Play it alone, as a couple or with a group, who will catch the most balls? Vary the use of harder, heavier or slower balls or try it with a small cuddly toy!
