What a joy to explore with this custom-made tactile box for wooden shapes ! The tactile box makes the classic tactile game even easier and more organized, and invites children to feel and explore with both hands simultaneously .
The box is cleverly designed: two holes are located on the left and right sides for hands, and wooden cards can be placed on top to help you find the corresponding shape by feel. A plexiglass panel is attached to the back so a caregiver can provide additional information or support instructions – ideal for therapy or educational purposes.

Play ideas:
1. Start with a card on top of the box: feel the shape with one or both hands and name what you feel – round, angular, straight…
2. Place the wooden cards in the box and try to find the correct shapes through the hand openings, purely by touch.
3. Alternate: place the cards with the picture facing up and try to find the correct recess in the box by feeling.
4. Use the plexiglass as a visual aid: the instructor can provide tips or instructions without the game losing its tactile challenge.
