Long-bladed block shears with wooden block
This Peta is equipped with extra-long, straight scissor blades . This makes them particularly suitable for older children or adults who benefit from a longer cutting length. Occupational therapists sometimes recommend this model because the longer blades make it easier to cut the paper in a single pass, depending on the user's motor skills.
The block scissors are designed for people with limited hand and/or arm strength and coordination. The paper simply needs to be slid onto the wooden block. By pressing down on the T-shaped handle, the paper is cut in a single, fluid motion. As soon as the pressure is released, the handle automatically springs up, and the scissors are immediately ready for the next cut.

The wooden block is heavy and features Dycem anti-slip strips on the underside, keeping the shears very stable while cutting. This provides extra safety and convenience, even during intensive use or for users with limited grip and stability.
