Hands up! Hands down! No hands!
This reaction game with hand cards ensures hilarity and plenty of movement. The playing cards show different hand positions and challenge children (and adults!) to react quickly, observe carefully, and use their hands creatively.
What makes this game so valuable is that you train different motor skills in a playful way:
- Hand-eye coordination : quickly see and imitate.
- Reaction speed : respond immediately to the correct attitude.
- Bilateral coordination : using both hands at the same time.

Here's how to play: talk with your hands instead of words and try to find the player who's showing the same hand position as you. But be careful: if someone's playing with both hands, you better do what they say!
Because everyone plays simultaneously, the pace remains fast and the interaction is high. Score points by acting out the same cards – but if you're the last one to act out both hands, you get a penalty. It's exciting until the very end!

Additional play suggestions:
- Use the cards separately to create your own games, such as demonstrating and imitating hand movements.
- Arrange several cards in a row and have children perform these movements one after the other. Perfect for memory and concentration .
- Turn over two cards at a time and have both poses depicted at the same time.
- For younger children: use fewer cards and focus on imitating simple poses.
- For therapy: connect the movements to breathing or rhythm, so that relaxation can also be practiced.
