What a nice addition this balance hose is to my practice!
It's a flexible hose made of a kind of parachute material, filled with soft padding that makes it very comfortable under bare feet. I like that it's lightweight , which makes it easy to use and allows you to quickly grab and put away.
You stimulate your balance when you stand on the snake or walk forward or backward over it, placing your feet in different positions. Of course, this also practices balance and coordination in addition to balance.
The snake has six cheerful colours so you can challenge children in activities:
For example, to step to the next color, or, like in Twister, to indicate which color you can place your hand or foot on. We also practiced passing each other on the snake. How and where do you place your feet without stepping off or falling?
The snake really provides a lot of fun in my practice!
The snake's head and tail complete the whole, making it a truly cheerful snake for children, and one they'll just want to play with!
