What a nice addition this balance hose is to my practice!
It is a flexible hose made of a kind of parachute material, filled with a soft filling which makes it feel very nice under your bare feet. I like that it is lightweight, which makes it easier to use and ensures that you can quickly grab it and put it away again. 
You stimulate balance when you stand on the snake or walk forwards or backwards over it, whereby you can also place your feet in different ways. Of course, in addition to balance, you also practice balance and coordination.
The snake has six cheerful colours, which you can use to challenge children in activities. For example, to step to the next colour, or, just like in Twister, you can indicate on which colour you can put a hand or foot. We also practiced passing each other on the snake, how and where do you put your feet without stepping off or falling? The snake really provides a lot of fun in my practice!
The head and tail on the snake complete the whole, making it a really cheerful snake for children and they also just want to play with it!
