Magnetic blocks are a construction material for all developmental ages.

Tip 1: magnetic blocks

For children with a young developmental age, magnetic building blocks are indispensable. Without force and good aim, two blocks automatically end up on or next to each other in the right way. Proudly, further building can be done.

-2 dimensional

So flat on the table, the nicest figures are created with these simple geometric shapes.

-3 dimensional

But magnetic blocks also invite you to build in the air. These blocks do not have very strong magnets, so guidance and fine motor skills are needed to build the constructions firmly and sustainably.

-Challenge for older children remains

The nice thing about construction materials like magnetic blocks is that even materials purchased for younger children still offer challenges for older ones.

TIP 2: instead of 1 large one, order 2 small packages

To have enough blocks to play nicely, you can also buy two small packages instead of one large one. The advantage is that you have two identical sets to play with.
to be able to do this here :

-spatial perception and language development

With a wall between two players, one player can place a figure and explain to the other which pieces to use and where to place them.

- variant for younger children

The child stands behind you and therefore watches what you do. In this way, it can immediately adjust if not enough information has been given. After all, the child immediately sees what action its instruction causes in the other.

This play tip can be recreated with any magnet or construction set, as long as there are two identical packages available to play with.
