I am writing this blog about the studded board with enthusiasm. I see many possibilities in the studded board and it is also very nicely priced. The studded board is a material that I often use in my practice for learning support. This beautiful material can be used for many purposes. 
Material
The pimple board is made of sturdy plastic. Coloured elastics are included. Very handy, because the elastics can be bought separately in almost every shop. In addition, this educational game takes up almost no storage space.
Goal
The aim of the game is to place rubber bands over the studs. This is a good way to practice fine motor skills, spatial insight and sensorimotor skills . It takes some practice for young children to attach the rubber bands. Older children can attach them more easily.

- This material can also be used for spatial development . Different shapes can be made from the rubber bands. This way, vocabulary can also be expanded by talking about the color, size and shape of the figures made.
- For older children I use this material to work on the mirroring component . Mirroring figures is practiced in a playful manner. A mirror is also used for this. Using concrete material is very important for children with arithmetic problems.
- The component surface area and perimeter can also be explained well with the figures made. With these figures of elastic, the language of arithmetic can also be practiced. Which figure has the largest surface area? Which figure has the smallest perimeter?
- Moreover, this game invites imagination and creativity . It is especially fun to play with.
Game
The pimple board can also be used independently by children in a group or class. They can give each other different assignments and check each other. Let the children practice together with different shapes. Very good for vocabulary, cooperation, independence and language development.

In my opinion, this pimple board is indispensable in every toddler group, (nursery) class, childcare and practice. The material is sturdy, looks nice and is very inviting. The material can easily be put away by the children themselves. The imagination, fine motor skills, language development, arithmetic development, independence and cooperation are practiced. In short, let's play!
