Learning cutting skills
What a fun new addition these Hungry cutters are! Getting started with my 2 helpers today. 😍
Visual stimulus
What a fun extra visual stimulus for a good scissor grip, cutting strategy and paper handling! The figure indicates that the paper should go far into the mouth of the scissors; the mouth of the crocodile or at the back of the rocket etc.
Closing movement
It also promotes a good closing movement and sliding the scissors through the paper.
And then the most important thing; this side of the scissors must be on top; otherwise the figure is hidden. Handy for right- and left-handed scissors! I'm a fan!
If you want to read more about learning how to cut, here is another interesting blog of mine. :)
Hungry cutters can be ordered as a set of 10 for right or left-handed users or individually.
