Moefpad: What we do!

The text below is our foundation of Moefpad you could say. If we develop or make something then it has to match our manifesto. This is what makes our heart beat faster and our eyes twinkle.

Through experience and movement we turn every encounter into a physical experience that has an impact. Where our own rules are made outside the existing frameworks.”

Stimulus processing and regulation
Moefpad was developed to help children regulate. Initially to allow the stimulus processing to proceed as optimally as possible. Through movement you will sit differently in your body. You will learn to feel differently and you will often be able to participate better in class or actually in life. The degree of movement makes a difference! But we will talk about that later. By using Moefpad children can relax and get renewed focus and energy, which benefits learning.
We have received so many wonderful responses from the schools where the paths are already in use. From the children and the teachers. That is why we decided we can do more with this, we are allowed to do more with this. That is how the visualization meditations were conceived.

Reactions that stick with us from the children are often; Ohhh it's art, can we walk over it? And also new other movements every time, that we could not or cannot even think of, but oh so fitting with what the paths do. They invite you to move, every time again.

Visualization meditations
The visualization meditations are made to increase the creativity, empathy and relaxation of children. They come from the different paths. And we have tested them on our own bouncy balls and children in the area. Through the stories, the meditations help children find peace and to be able to concentrate better again. Can be found on our website in an e-book. Under inspiration material it can be downloaded for free and used immediately in the classroom! But also fun to just share with your neighbor or read to your children yourself or give to grandma & grandpa! 😉

Exercise snacks ;
Online, especially on Instagram and Facebook, you see us sharing all kinds of movement snacks. Ideas to do in class, or at home. As a small break from the lesson and always with the goal of participating or being present with a different state of being. These are short, energetic breaks that help children to “reset” mentally and physically. So take a look at our socials and website!
